The Women of ALPFA program was introduced into the ALPFA Austin Chapter at the University of Texas at Austin in the fall of 2007.

The purpose of the Women of ALPFA (WOA) Leadership Program is to educate women on issues that affect Latina 's in their communities and in the business world. Our goal is to provide each participant with a mentor and leadership experience that will allow each individual to grow and become strong leaders in their communities, amongst their peers, and in their chosen industry.
