HOA (Human of ALPFA) is appointed to the person who has the highest attendance points to ALPFA events. The top earner will automatically qualify to go to ALPFA National Convention with registration, travel and housing paid for by Texas ALPFA chapter. This is awarded to one person per semester.

ALPFA National Convention is an incredible opportunity to have access to companies before recruitment season begins. Get to meet ALPFA members from Canada, US and PR. Participate in professional development events. Convention is held at a new city every year. This year being Charlotte, NC.
