In simple terms, ALPFA has changed my life. In less than one year, ALPFA has elevated the
person I am and has continued to serve underrepresented communities.

By attending general meetings, capstone events, and workshops, I have gathered skills and techniques not offered in classes. Texas ALPFA tears down the barriers between professionals and minority students. To add on, it creates a welcoming environment for those who feel lost in their journey to the business world.

I have built professional and personal relationships with members in my first year. I have met people who show undying support and guidance in my life. I owe ALPFA much more than a membership fee. ALPFA has guided me through moments of self-doubt and bewilderment. I will forever be grateful to my younger self for joining this organization.
